This PowerPoint examines an internship held by Connor Matheson at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History during the summer of 2018. With the goal of seeking a career in museum administration, the responsibilities held over the summer offered Connor a glimpse into the major departments of the museum and how they work together. Connor was able to gain experience working in the education, collections, and exhibits departments as well as working on a project with professionals from outside the organization. The PowerPoint explores Connor’s work at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History, as well as some of the accomplishments and challenges Connor encountered over the course of his tenure as an intern at the museum.en_US
