The objectives of this project were to: 1. Improve interprofessional communication and collaboration. 2. Consistently transport emergent transfer patients to MCM, a level II facility where CNMs have admitting privileges. 3. Consistently use emergent birth center transfer form for each patient admission and transport. 4.
