When novice and expert OTs participated in training specific to the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO), they reported providing more client-centered interventions through development of reasoning capacities. It remains unclear if training resulted in the actual implementation of occupation-based interventions (OBIs). It is unknown if similar training would produce the same effect in occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) The purpose of this project is to evaluate the influence of a MOHO education module on the implementation of OBIs among OTAs working in a SNF.en_US
