dc.description.abstractThis study examines the potential link between communication on social networking sites and the users’ intent to vote in the 2008 presidential election. By surveying a group of undergraduate students, most of whom are users, if not frequent users of social networking sites, the study attempts to find out what students feel is influencing whether or not they vote in this year’s presidential election.en
