The short answer: the ones who committed the ethical misconduct are responsible. As these incidents receive more and more coverage in the news, however, it is fair to ask if there is shared responsibility. Does some of that responsibility fall to those who teach business? Is teaching the ethics of doing business deemed just as necessary as the requisite accounting, finance, and management skills? How should business schools respond to the call for more ethics training in their graduates?
